Curtis A. Smith, CFP®, a NAPFA registered financial advisor, is in his thirtieth year of providing financial planning services. My priorities in life include my 35 year marriage to Debbie, being a proud father of two responsible adults, both with Master’s degrees, and guiding our parents to live life to the fullest in their golden years.
Mr. Smith is the principal of Interactive Capital Management, located in Sugar Land, TX. Curtis is the author of Morningstar Advisor, Financial Advice Network, Finance Answers, FiLife, FiGuide and Making Cents blog posts. He is a member of the FPA, Houston Estate and Financial Forum, the Mastermind Your Ideal Study Group, a founder of Sugar Land Rotary, volunteers at the Methodist Hospital Neurological Institute’s ALS clinic and is a member of South Main Baptist Church in Houston.
In his spare time, Curtis is an avid photographer and combines this hobby with his joy of traveling to many countries and across the United States. To increase his photography skills, Curtis pursues photography education at Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Rice University, and belongs to the Nikonians and Texas Photo Forum.
